Directions from Junction 25 of the M25.

Come of at junction 25 and follow the A10 down to the second set of traffic lights (junction), turn right onto Carterhatch Lane, follow this road all the way until you reach a mini rounderbout, at this rounderbout take the second right onto Clay Hill, follow the road until you reach the Rose and Crown Pub on your right, on your left (opposite the Rose and Crown) is a road called Browning Road take this road and drive to the top, at the top is some width restriction bollards and a mini rounderbout, take the second exit on the mini rounderbout onto Phipps Hatch Lane, the next road on your right will be Cooks Hole Road, turn into this road and follow it all the way to the end as far as you can go and we are based on the left.
